Frequently asked questions
How do I compress a PDF to 1 MB?
Drop your PDF in the box above and click “Compress PDF”. The target is set to 1 MB, so the result will be 1 MB or smaller whenever possible.
Will the PDF still be readable?
Yes for most documents. Very long PDFs squeezed into a small size lose sharpness, so split them if needed.
Is my document uploaded?
No. Compression runs entirely in your browser.
